To All Jazz Students and Parents...
Our 2010-2011 Jazz season begins Monday, March 15th.
Classes will be held at:
The Italian Center
1620 Newfield Avenue
Stamford, CT
There are 3 sessions available - 5:00PM, 6:00PM or 7:00PM
Each group will be a one-hour combo session and include full rhythm section with horns. Drums, electric piano and amps will be available. Guitarists are urged to bring their own small amp. Music and stands are provided. Each session is eight weeks with no classes between Thanksgiving Day and New Year's Day. Session dates are based on the Stamford Public School System calendar and cancellations and are as follows:
Spring 2010: March 15 - May 17, 2010 (no class 4/12)
Summer Jazz Camp: June 28 - July 9, 2010 (See Home Page)
Fall 2010: Sep 13 - Nov 8, 2010 (no class 10/10)
Winter 2011: Jan 5 - March 7 (no class 1-17 or 2/21)
Spring 2011: March 21 - May 16 (no class 4/18)
Summer Jazz 2011: June 27 - July 8 (no class 7/4)
We will try and make-up snow days.
The fee for each Monday night 8 week session is $160. per student. There is a discount for siblings and referrals. (new students only).
Since we have many interested students we cannot always insure space or particular session hours. We urge you to respond as quickly as your schedules will allow so we can secure a spot for your
student. Once a spot is secured we will let you know by email and give
any last minute information.
